How to carry out Full Host verification to unlock product listing?
- First is to sign up with your basic details.
- Then follow the email notification from Jmartbookings to verify your email.
- Once you have verified your email, follow the second email guideline with the link to upload your Identification document. (Such as: Passport, Drivers License, National ID, or any other government issued ID).
- Once your ID has been successfully uploaded, expect your verification to be approved within 24 hours by the compliance team, unless there is an issue with your ID.
- Meanwhile, whilst waiting for your ID to be verified, you may then proceed to update your profile details, such as your profile picture, address, contact number, verify your social media accounts, even prepare your listings.
- Once your ID has been verified, you will receive a confirmation email, you can then proceed to your account dashboard to list your properties. Your profile should now read Verified under your name.

- Email sign in: This option will require your registered email and password.
- Mobile number sign in: This option will require your registered phone number and password.
- Forgot Password: You can either use your registered email or phone number option to reset your password.
How does My Wallet and Pending Balance work?
- Your Wallet reflects your withdrawable balances. Which is available for immediate withdrawal upon your request.
- Whilst your Pending balance reflects the amount awaiting clearance into your wallet. Note: it takes between 1-7 days from checkout for your pending balance to clear into your Wallet.
What is the difference between Review about me and Review by me?
- Review about me: This is the review done by the Guest on the Host.
Review by me: This is the review done by the Host on the Guest.- First, go to Listings from your dashboard, and click manage listing and calendar.
- Select your desired calendar colour.
- Then click import calendar.
- Once imported, click sync with other calendars, and that's all. Your calendar for that particular listing should be fully synchronised.
- Note: It takes 15 - 60 minutes to update any bookings from connected calendars.

How do I qualify for Superhost and Guest Favourite?
- Superhost: You become a Superhost once you have completed ten (10) successful bookings. This is a form of reward from Jmartbookings for being a reliable host, and it should appear under your listings as Superhost. This title allows guest to place more confident in your listings.
- Guest favourite: Once you have obtained your Superhost, you will then be qualified to achieve a Guest favourite badge once you have obtained five (5) consecutives five (5) star ratings. (Note: Guest favourite badge can be lost upon receiving a negative review on your listing, and upon this, you will need to re-ensure that you obtain another five (5) consecutives five (5) star ratings in order to restore the badge whilst you still maintain your Superhost title).
How long does withdrawal take to arrive my chosen Bank account or PayPal?
- Withdrawal time: Once withdrawal is initiated, it takes 1-7 days to clear into your provided bank account or PayPal account.
What charges does Host and Guest pay upon a successful Booking?
How does Guest and Host cancellation works, and any charges applied?
- Guest can cancel up 24 hours to check in, and cancellation fee applies. (Cancellation is not allowed within 24 hours into check in. This implies forfeiting the entire booking)
- Host can cancel bookings up to 24 hours to check in. Any cancellation made within 24 hours into check in will require an approval by the customer service, but with an evidence from the host on the reason for cancellation request. (Note: Host to pay service fee and processing fee in all host initiated cancellation)
What are Referral earning/program, First Guest discount and First Host discount?
- Referral Earning: You obtain a referral reward once your referred guest successfully completes their first booking, this is made available in your pending balance and clears to your wallet for withdrawal within 1-7 days after the guest checks out. (Note: This earning can be lost if the guest cancels their booking)
- First Guest Discount: This discount is applied to first guest upon check out as a form of reward from Jmartbookings.
- First Host Discount: This discount is applied to a first time Host upon a successful booking as a form of reward from Jmartbookings.
Explain Cleaning fee, Additional guest fee and Security deposit fees and when they apply?.
- Cleaning Fees and Security fees are fees which may be applied by the host on their listing which are discretionary.
- Additional Guest Fees: Host may decide to apply this fee on any guest from a stipulated number.
